What We Offer
Our Basic Home
Services include holding of key and visits to check your home an
agreed-upon number of times while you are away. We e-mail you a
report on our visit, along with a digital photo of the exterior of
your home. Basic Home Care Services can be purchased for checks
twice a week, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and all include the
following:

Exterior check of your home, including screens,
windows, siding, stucco and roof (visual inspection only)

Check the lawn and shrubs for proper maintenance,
and look for evidence of pests (exterior nests)

Check your pool or spa for proper maintenance
-
Check sprinklers to make sure it waters when you
expect it to, and not when rain makes it unnecessary.

Check the inside for evidence of water leaks from
the ceilings and plumbing, including the washing machine,
dishwasher, toilets, and kitchen and bathroom faucets
-
Look for any evidence of bug infestation or other
pests
-
Check thermostat for proper temperature
-
Check refrigerator and smoke detectors for proper
operation

Pick up newspapers, flyers and wind-blown trash
-
Ensure all doors and windows are locked
-
Start car if requested
-
After a power outage check phone and appliances
for settings and reset if necessary
-
After major storm, check for damage and leaks
-
When owner or guest is expected, adjust
thermostat as requested, and leave lights on for late arrival

With a Basic Home Services contract, other
services are available at reasonable rates. They include:

Arrange and oversee maintenance workers or
service providers

Accept deliveries at your home or ours

Arrange for house cleaning
- Serve
as your local contact for security services and Home Owners or
Condominium Association
